Lookin’ for that weekend FIX?

Here’s a selection of intimate images of hot, molten LAVA!!!

The surface of a pahoehoe breakout rapidly cools as it spills out onto the coastal plain, roughly 1/4 mile from the ocean entry at Kamokuna.
Fingers of pahoehoe enter the sea at Kamokuna, extending the new delta at the base of the old sea cliff.
Lava cascades over the old sea cliff at the western end of the Kamokuna ocean entry, adding to the thickness of the new delta of land at its base.
Fresh, twisted braids of pahoehoe.
Lava is very dynamic in so many aspects, and its textured surface is no exception.
